    4. Approving an application submitted by Ian Alexander, on behalf of Riverfront Development Properties, to vacate (Vac1753) the air rights above the alley between 1300 West Broadway and 2011 Girard Ave N to allow for one contiguous building to be constructed on the development site.

    5. Passage of Resolution vacating the aerial portion of the east 72 feet of the east-west alley northwest of W Broadway and Girard Ave N (Vac-1753).
