Background Analysis

The Health Department, through its School Based Clinics Program, wishes to enter into an expenditure contract with OptumInsight Inc. for use of its HEALTHIA exchange, an insurance eligibility verification service for health care providers, at an estimated annual cost of $5,000, for a NTE of $25,000 payable from Health Department Fund 01600-8600152.
