Background Analysis
The Assessor's Office has completed the 2024 estimated market values for all properties in the city. Staff will present a brief summary of the valuation process, market trends, as well as 2024 property tax information.
City staff will begin mailing the 2024 valuation notices to property owners on March 15, which includes the 2024 value and classification information for property taxes payable in 2025.
