  1. 2 Contract amendment with Landbridge Ecological for Nicollet Mall Reconstruction Planting Project (2019-00107)
    Action Taken: Approved and referred to WM meeting of Jan 29, 2019
  2. 3 North Loop Paving Street Reconstruction Project: Reduction of assessment for 505 3rd St N (2019-00108)
    1. Passage of Resolution amending Resolution 2018R-427 entitled “Ordering the work to proceed and adopting the special assessments for the North Loop Paving Street Reconstruction Project No. 6766 (PV135),” passed December 7, 2018, to reduce the assessments to be collected for the project due to a reduction of the assessment for the property located at 505 3rd St N.

    2. Passage of Resolution amending Resolution 2018R-428 entitled “Requesting the Board of Estimate and Taxation to issue and sell City of Minneapolis bonds in the amount of $1,539,930 for certain purposes other than the purchase of public utilities,” passed December 7, 2018, to reduce the amount of bonds to be sold for the North Loop Paving Street Reconstruction Project.

  3. 4 Broadway St NE (Stinson Blvd to Industrial Blvd) Street Reconstruction Project: Legal settlement and reduction of assessment for 2608 Broadway St NE (2019-00109)
    1. Passage of Resolution approving the settlement of the special assessment appeals of Camegaran, LLC v. City of Minneapolis relating to the Broadway St NE (Stinson Blvd to Industrial Blvd) Street Reconstruction Project No. 6759.

    2. Passage of Resolution amending Resolution 2017R-510 entitled “Ordering the work to proceed and adopting the special assessments for the Broadway St NE (Stinson Blvd to Industrial Blvd) Street Reconstruction Project, Special Improvement of Existing Street No. 6759 (CPV117)," passed December 8, 2017, to reduce the assessments to be collected for the project due to a reduction of the assessment for the property located at 2608 Broadway St NE.

    3. Passage of Resolution amending Resolution 2017R-511 entitled "Requesting the Board of Estimate and Taxation to issue and sell City of Minneapolis bonds in the amount of $2,634,555 for certain purposes other than the purchase of public utilities,“ passed December 8, 2017, to reduce the amount of bonds to be sold for the Broadway St NE Street Reconstruction Project.

  4. 5 Temporary construction easement with Hennepin County for the Fremont Ave S Bridge over Midtown Greenway (2019-00112)
