    1. Passage of Resolution designating the location and improvements of certain existing streets in the Bryant Ave S (Lake St W to 50th St W) Street Reconstruction Project, Special Improvement of Existing Street No. 6764 (PV126).

    2. Adopting report receiving the cost estimate in the amount of $20,515,000, directing the preparation of proposed special assessments against the list of benefited properties, and setting a public hearing for Nov 10, 2021, to consider the project, assessments, and the abandonment and removal of areaways in conflict with the project.

Passage of Resolution directing the Hennepin County Auditor to cancel the special assessments for the Annual Operation and Maintenance Costs for the Hennepin Avenue Theatre District Street Lighting Project No. 01290, for the payable 2022 and subsequent years’ tax files, as the infrastructure related to the project has been removed.
