Considering  the Minneapolis Police Department to enter into a location and access agreement with Blue Pictures, LLC, to film a documentary motion picture following the work and lives of a select group of women in law enforcement tentatively entitled “Women in Blue," and upon prior notice to the Department, this agreement allows Blue Pictures, LLC to enter and access Department property and facilities with the right to film, videotape, photograph, reproduce, and otherwise record activities that take place in connection with Police.
