    2. Passage of Ordinance amending Title 2, Chapter 20 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Administration: Personnel, approving the salary schedule for the positions, which have a salary range of $153,524 to $181,995, in accordance with the adopted compensation plan for appointed officials effective August 3, 2023.

Passage of Ordinance amending Title 2, Chapter 20 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Administration: Personnel, approving the salary schedule for the position, which has a salary range of $116,217 to $137,766, in accordance with the adopted compensation plan for appointed officials effective August 3, 2023.

Authorizing a contract with The SEECCA Group (Supporting & Empowering Equity & Community through Collaboration, Advocacy, and Access), in the amount of $150,000, for Aug 15, 2023, to Aug 31, 2024, with the option to extend the agreement for two additional one-year terms, based on funding availability, for the Community Outreach and Safety Program in 2023.
