Adopting findings that the proposed position of Deputy Police Chief, evaluated at 733 total points and allocated to Grade 16, meets the criteria in Section 20.1010 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances, City Council to Establish Positions; approving the retitling of three appointed positions in the unclassified service; and approving two new positions to this new title.

    2. Passage of Ordinance amending Title 2, Chapter 20 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Administration: Personnel, approving the salary schedule for the positions, which have a salary range of $153,524 to $181,995, in accordance with the adopted compensation plan for appointed officials effective August 3, 2023.

    2. Passage of Ordinance amending Title 2, Chapter 20 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Administration: Personnel, approving the salary schedule for the position, which has a salary range of $116,217 to $137,766, in accordance with the adopted compensation plan for appointed officials effective August 3, 2023.
