Authorizing an amendment to Contract No. COM0001208 with Metropolitan Council Housing and Redevelopment Authority, to increase the award amount by $48,402 for a new total amount not to exceed $1,132,402 for tenant-based rental housing assistance as part of the 2020 Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) funding.

    3. Authorizing a contract with Project for Pride in Living, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $150,000 as a one-time grant award for the Bloom Lake Flats housing development, as part of the 2018 & 2019 Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Program to address the housing needs for persons living with HIV/AIDS.

    4. Authorizing a contract with Clare Housing for an amount not to exceed $148,792 for two years for supportive services funding for Bloom Lake Flats to implement an award for the 2020 Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Program to address the housing needs for persons living with HIV/AIDS.
