Referring to staff the subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 2 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Administration, amending provisions to reflect the executive mayor - legislative council government structure adopted by the voters at the 2021 Municipal Election:
- Adding new Chapters 7 through 13 to form the City’s Administrative and Executive Departments, including the Offices of Public Service, City Attorney, and Community Safety; and
- Repealing existing provisions in Chapters 17, 21, and 25 relating to the Offices of City Attorney, Internal Auditor, and City Coordinator.
