    1. Authorizing a $1.5 million forgivable loan to the Minneapolis American Indian Center (MAIC), or a related entity, for the renovation and expansion of the MAIC community center at 1530 E Franklin Ave.

    2. Authorizing the business terms for the loan agreement and authorizing City officers to execute the loan agreement and related contracts
