Charter Commission
The Charter Commission maintains the home rule charter for the people of the City of Minneapolis.
The Charter Commission has 15 members appointed by the Chief Judge of the Hennepin County District Court. All Commissioners must be qualified voters of the City, and are appointed to four-year terms.
