The board consist of 9 voting members that reflect the diverse interests and perspectives of North and Northeast Minneapolis — four appointed by the City Council and two by the Mayor; one member representing Minneapolis Public Schools; one member representing Hennepin County Community Works; and one member representing local medical providers.
