The Minneapolis Public Housing Authority is governed by a nine-member Board of Commissioners, two of whom are public housing residents (one from family and one from highrise). The board members are appointed by the Mayor and City Council.
$55 per meeting, not to exceed $5,000 a year
All commissioners shall be appointed in conformance with the City's open appointments process unless otherwise specifically provided therein. Applications are sent to the Community Development Committee for consideration and recommendation to the full Council.
