    The Department of Community Planning and Economic Development recommends that the Zoning Board of Adjustment adopt staff findings for the application by Mark Thieroff of Siegel Brill Law Firm.

    Recommended motion: Zoning Board of Adjustment denies the variance to increase the maximum gross floor area of a food and beverages use in the I2 Medium Industrial District.
