    Ethics Complaint No. 2022-39: Affirming the Ethics Officer’s dismissal of said complaint pursuant to Rules and Bylaws of the Ethical Practices Board, §7.6 (Closed session)
    Ethics Complaint No. 2022-42: Finding that said complaint establishes probable cause to believe a violation of the Ethics in Government Code exists and authorizing the Ethics Officer, or designee, to extend a preliminary recommendation regarding resolution within the direction given by the Board and directing the Ethics Officer to set a hearing date within the time limits required if the matter doesn’t resolve. (Closed session)
