Referring to staff the subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 20 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code, amending regulations governing the height of accessory structures:

Denying an application submitted by Alex Brogle, notwithstanding staff recommendation, to rezone (PLAN8693) the property located at 3443 Lyndale Ave S from the R2B Two-family District to the R5 Multiple-family District to construct a new four-story residential building with 19 dwelling units.
Passage of Ordinance amending Title 20 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code, amending regulations for drive-through facilities:
- Chapter 520 Introductory Provisions.
- Chapter 530 Site Plan Review.
- Chapter 548 Commercial Districts.
- Chapter 549 Downtown Districts.
- Chapter 550 Industrial Districts.
- Chapter 551 Overlay Districts.
