    1. Considering an appeal submitted by Dave Gonyea, on behalf of Meyer Gonyea Partnership, regarding the decision of the Heritage Preservation Commission denying a Demolition of Historic Resource application (PLAN7828) for the property located at 215 9th St S.

  2. 3 Variance and site plan review conditions of approval appeal: William Wells, on behalf of Eric Ollestad of Value Homes, LLC, 901 Winter St NE This link open a new window(2019-00164)
    1. Considering an appeal submitted by William Wells, on behalf of Eric Ollestad of Value Homes, LLC, regarding the decision of the City Planning Commission's condition of approval 1 to a variance (PLAN8080) approving, notwithstanding staff recommendation, a new three-story multiple-family building with 20 dwelling units for the property located at 901 Winter St NE.

      Condition no. 1: A deed restriction, restrictive covenant, or equivalent mechanism shall be filed to ensure the longevity of the affordable units to ensure they qualify for the floor area density bonus.

    2. Considering an appeal submitted by William Wells, on behalf of Eric Ollestad of Value Homes, LLC, regarding the decision of the City Planning Commission's condition of approval 3 to a site plan review (PLAN8080) approving, notwithstanding staff recommendation, a new three-story multiple-family building with 20 dwelling units for the property located at 901 Winter St NE.

      Condition no. 3: The elevations shall be revised to eliminate the 41-foot blank wall on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the north elevation and to comply with the minimum durability requirements for exterior materials.

    1. Approving an application submitted by Graco Inc and Minneapolis Park Board to vacate (Vac-1712) a portion of 10th Ave NE between Sibley St NE and the Mississippi River.

    2. Passage of Resolution vacating that portion of 10th Ave NE lying (1) easterly of the Mississippi River; (2) westerly of the west line of Sibley St NE; (3) southerly of Lots 1 and 10, Block 27, Bottineau’s Addition and Lot 1, Block 31 Bottineau’s Addition; and (4) northerly of Lots 5 and 6, Block 28, Bottineau’s Addition and Lot 5, Block 30, Bottineau’s Addition (“10th Avenue NE”) (Vac-1712).

    1. Approving an application submitted by Council Member Jeremiah Ellison to add the commemorative street name of Richard Estes Way to Plymouth Ave N between Penn Ave N and Queen Ave N.
