Referring to staff the subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 20 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code, limiting lot combinations in lower-density zoning districts:

Approving an application submitted by Yellow Tree Corp to rezone (PLAN7090) the property located at 16 18th St E from the OR3 Institutional Office Residence District to the C2 Neighborhood Corridor Commercial District, adding the PO Pedestrian Oriented Overlay District, to construct a six-story mixed-use building with 146 dwelling units and 7,000 square feet of commercial space.
