    1. Considering an appeal submitted by Lisa Gage, on behalf of Carvana, regarding the decision of the City Planning Commission's condition of approval 8 to a site plan review (PLAN6870) approving a motor freight terminal located at 1300 New Brighton Blvd.

      Condition No. 8: The applicant shall work with CPED staff and Park Board staff to maximize the number of trees on site up to the proportional amount required on the entire site for the use area.

    2. Passage of Resolution vacating the drainage and utility easement as dedicated in the plat of LMC addition to Minneapolis lying within Lot 2, Block 1, of said addition, and of record in the Hennepin County Recorder’s Office, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
