    1. Referring to staff the subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 20, Chapter 525 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code: Administration and Enforcement, amending provisions related to qualifications to apply for, obtain, or maintain a permit or license.

    1. Passage of Resolution amending Resolution 2017R-305 entitled “Vacating a portion of alley in Block 5, Excelsior Addition, adjacent to 2900 Pleasant Ave (Vac-1679)," passed June 30, 2017, by updating the legal description of the vacation.

    1. Approving an application submitted by Bradley Racutt to rezone (PLAN6576) the property located at 1901 Grand St NE to add the IL Industrial Living Overlay District to allow a reception hall.

    2. Passage of Ordinance amending Title 20, Chapter 521 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code: Zoning Districts and Maps Generally.

Approving an application submitted by Reuter Walton Development to rezone (PLAN6474) the properties located at 2510 Riverside Ave, 2506 Riverside Ave, and 2514 8th St S from the C1 Neighborhood Commercial District to the OR3 Institutional Office Residence District to construct a new six-story 85-unit residential building.

    1. Approving an application submitted by Jake Grothe to rezone (PLAN6635) the property located at 4600 36th Ave S from the R1A Single-family District to the R2B Two-family District, retaining the AP Airport Overlay District and SH Shoreland Overlay District, to allow for a new duplex.

    2. Passage of Ordinance amending Title 20, Chapter 521 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code: Zoning Districts and Maps Generally.

  6. 7 Rezoning: Opus Development Co, LLC, 800 1st St N, and 730 and 730 1/2 1st St N This link open a new window(2018-00794)
    1. Approving an application submitted by Opus Development Co, LLC to rezone (PLAN6555) that portion of land at 730 and 730 ½ 1st St N that is currently zoned I1 Light Industrial District and that portion of land at 800 1st St N that is currently zoned C3A Community Shopping Center District to the R6 Multiple-family District, retaining all existing overlay districts, to allow for the construction of a six-story, 225-unit apartment building.

    2. Passage of Ordinance amending Title 20, Chapter 521 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code: Zoning Districts and Maps Generally.
