  1. 2 Rezoning: Lambert Properties, LLC, 2700 University Ave SE This link open a new window(2018-00423)
    1. Approving an application submitted by Lambert Properties, LLC to rezone (PLAN5993) the property located at 2700 University Ave SE from the C1 Neighborhood Commercial District to the C2 Neighborhood Corridor District, retaining the PO Pedestrian Oriented Overlay District and the UA University Area Overlay District, to allow a tobacco store on the second floor of an existing automobile service station.

    2. Passage of Ordinance amending Title 20, Chapter 521 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code: Zoning Districts and Maps Generally.

    1. Passage of Resolution amending Resolution 2018R-049 entitled "Vacating a portion of the alley located in Block 17, Calhoun Park, between Holmes Ave on the west, Humboldt Avenue S on the west, and Lake Street W on the north (Vacation 1695)," passed Feb. 23, 2018, by updating the title.
