    1. Approving the Council reappointment of Ryan Kronzer, Seat 4, Ward 10, to the City Planning Commission for a two-year term beginning Feb. 1, 2018, and ending Jan. 31, 2020.

    2. Confirming the Mayoral appointment of Jean Coleman, Seat 2, Ward 3, to the City Planning Commission for a two-year term beginning Feb. 1, 2018, and ending Jan. 31, 2020.

    3. Confirming the Mayoral reappointment of Matt Brown, Seat 7, Ward 1, to the City Planning Commission for a two-year term beginning Feb. 1, 2018, and ending Jan. 31, 2020.

Considering an appeal submitted by Nancy Aleksuk, on behalf of 3 Degrees Ministries, regarding the decision of the Zoning Board of Adjustment overturning the determination of the Zoning Administrator that 3 Degrees Ministries is a Religious Institution Place of Assembly and therefore does affect the spacing requirements for a sexually oriented use as outlined in Section 549.350 of the Minneapolis Zoning Code.

Approving an application submitted by JWT Lake Street, LLC to rezone (PLAN5829) the properties located at 1715 and 1717 Lake St E from the C1 Neighborhood Commercial District to the C2 Neighborhood Corridor Commercial District to allow a grocery store with a tobacco license within an existing building.

    2. Passage of Ordinance amending Title 20, Chapter 521 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code: Zoning Districts and Maps Generally.

    1. Approving an application submitted by HCM Architects to rezone (PLAN5877) the properties located at 2601-2629 University Ave NE from the R2B Two-family District to the I2 Medium Insdustrial District to construct a new street and equipment maintenance facility and garage for public vehicles.

Approving an application submitted by HCM Architects to rezone (PLAN5877) a portion of the property located at 2547 5th St NE from the I1 Light Industrial District to the I2 Medium Industrial District to construct a new street and equipment maintenance facility and garage for public vehicles.

    3.     1. Approving an application submitted by The Lander Group to vacate (Vac-1674) part of the alley in Block 17, Palmer's Addition to Minneapolis, adjacent to the 38th St E light rail station, subject to the retention of easement rights by Xcel Energy and CenturyLink.

    2. Passage of Resolution vacating that part of the alley in Block 17, Palmer’s Addition to Minneapolis, adjacent to the 38th St E light rail station (Vac-1674).
