    1. Approving an application submitted by Catholic Charities for an interim use permit (PLAN5209) to allow 15 shelter beds in the existing overnight shelter for the property located at 165 Glenwood Ave, subject to conditions.

    1. Approving an application submitted by James Ries of Verizon Wireless for an interim use permit (PLAN5191) extension to allow a temporary telecommunications tower on the property located at 2407 University Ave SE for a period lasting until February 20, 2018, subject to conditions.

    1. Approving an application submitted by Miller Hanson Partners to vacate a portion of the alley located at 917-927 and 1001 2nd St NE, acquired by the City for a cul de sac when the north end of the alley was vacated (Vac-1537), subject to conditions.

    2. Passage of Resolution Vacating a portion of alley acquired by the City for a cul de sac when the north end of the alley was vacated (VAC-1690).

  2. 5 Rezoning: The Lander Group, 3752 Hiawatha Ave, 2922-2924 38th St E, and 3731-3805 29th Ave S This link open a new window(2017-01245)
    1. Approving an application submitted by The Lander Group to rezone (PLAN4622) the western portion of 3752 Hiawatha Ave, 2922 38th St E, the southern portion of 2924 38th St E, 3749-3757 29th Ave S, and 3805 29th Ave S from the C1 Neighborhood Commercial District to the C3A Community Activity Center District, retaining the PO Pedestrian Oriented Overlay District, to allow a planned unit development.

    2. Approving an application submitted by The Lander Group to rezone (PLAN4622) 3731 29th Ave S from the R5 Multiple-Family District to the C3A Community Activity Center District, retaining the PO Pedestrian Oriented Overlay District, to allow a planned unit development.

    3. Approving an application submitted by The Lander Group to rezone (PLAN4622) 3733-3745 29th Ave S from the R4 Multiple-Family District to the C3A Community Activity Center District, retaining the PO Pedestrian Oriented Overlay District, to allow a planned unit development.

    4. Passage of Ordinance amending Title 20, Chapter 521 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code: Zoning Districts and Maps Generally.

Approving an application submitted by Oppidan Investment Company to rezone (PLAN5013)  the property at 3033 University Ave SE from the C2 Neighborhood Corridor District to the C3A Community Activity Center District and retaining the PO Pedestrian Oriented Overlay and UA University Area Overlay Districts, to construct a 10-story mixed use building.

    3. Passage of Ordinance amending Title 20, Chapter 521 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code: Zoning Districts and Maps Generally.

    1. Passage of ordinance amending Title 20, Chapter 535 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code:  Regulations of General Applicability, amending provisions related to telecom antennas in the Right of Way and general housekeeping of Article VIII Communications Towers, Antennas, and Base Units.

  5. 8 Regulation of off-premise advertising signs and billboards ordinance This link open a new window(2016-00831)
    1. Passage of Ordinance amending Title 20, Chapter 544 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code, Off-Premise Advertising Signs and Billboards, amending regulations for off-premise advertising signs and billboards.
