  1. 2 Rezoning: International Bazaar on Lake, LLC and Miller Block, LLC, 301 and 311 E Lake St This link open a new window(2017-01215)

    1. Approving an application submitted by International Bazaar on Lake, LLC and Miller Block, LLC to rezone (PLAN4764) the properties located at 301 and 311 E Lake St from C1 (Neighborhood Commercial District) to C2 (Neighborhood Corridor District), to allow a reception and meeting hall.

    2. Passage of Ordinance amending Title 20, Chapter 521 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances related to Zoning Code: Zoning Districts and Maps Generally.

    1. Referring to staff an ordinance amending Title 20 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code, amending regulations related to pet boarding and animal shelters:

  1. 6 Local Historic District Designation: Homewood Historic District This link open a new window(2017-01175)
    1. Directing Community Planning & Economic Development staff to work to identify solutions to allow for the preservation and acknowledgement of the Homewood neighborhood's unique historical significance while also accommodating private property rights and working to mitigate to concerns of homeowners and residents in the neighborhood.
