Local Historic District Designation: Homewood Historic District This link open a new window(2017-01175)
- Directing Community Planning & Economic Development staff to work to identify solutions to allow for the preservation and acknowledgement of the Homewood neighborhood's unique historical significance while also accommodating private property rights and working to mitigate to concerns of homeowners and residents in the neighborhood.
