    1. Approving an application submitted by International Bazaar on Lake, LLC and Miller Block, LLC to rezone (PLAN4764) the properties located at 301 and 311 E Lake St from C1 (Neighborhood Commercial District) to C2 (Neighborhood Corridor District), to allow a reception and meeting hall.

    2. Passage of Ordinance amending Title 20, Chapter 521 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances related to Zoning Code: Zoning Districts and Maps Generally.

Directing Community Planning & Economic Development staff to work to identify solutions to allow for the preservation and acknowledgement of the Homewood neighborhood's unique historical significance while also accommodating private property rights and working to mitigate to concerns of homeowners and residents in the neighborhood.
