    1. Approving the Council appointment of Raya Esmaeili, Seat 4, Ward 10, for a two-year term beginning Feb 1, 2020, and ending Jan 31, 2022.

    2. Confirming the following Mayoral appointments for two-year terms beginning Feb 1, 2020, and ending Jan 31, 2022: Adam Duininck, Seat 7, Ward 12; and Aneesha Marwah, Seat 2, Ward 3.

    1. Approving an application submitted by Graco Minnesota Inc to vacate (VAC1711) the southwesterly 20 feet of Ramsey St NE, generally between 9th and 11th Aves NE.

    2. Passage of Resolution vacating a portion of Ramsey Street NE between 9th and 11th Aves NE, dedicated in the plat of Bottineau’s Addition to Minneapolis (VAC1711).

    1. Approving an application submitted by Minneapolis Public Housing Authority to rezone (PLAN10246) the property located at 1600 Penn Ave N from the R1A Multiple-family District to the R4 Multiple-family District to construct a new three-family dwelling with a detached storage structure.

    2. Passage of Ordinance amending Title 20, Chapter 521 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code: Zoning Districts and Maps Generally.

  4. 6 Rezoning: Bryn Mawr Development LLC, 2800 N Wayzata Blvd This link open a new window(2020-00237)
    1. Approving an application submitted by Bryn Mawr Development LLC to rezone (PLAN10190) the eastern portion of the property located at 2800 N Wayzata Blvd from the R1A Multiple-family District to the OR2 High Density Office Residence District, retaining the SH Shoreland Overlay District, to establish a planned unit development consisting of two six-story residential buildings and an existing three-story office building.

    2. Passage of Ordinance amending Title 20, Chapter 521 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code: Zoning Districts and Maps Generally.
