    1. Passage of Resolution ordering the work to proceed and adopting special assessments in the amount of $1,063,696.83 for the Crystal Lake Residential Street Resurfacing Project No. 2316A (CPV1956).

    2. Passage of Resolution requesting the Board of Estimate and Taxation authorize the City's issuance and sale of assessment bonds in the amount of $1,063,700 for the Crystal Lake Residential Street Resurfacing Project.

Authorizing an increase to Contract No. C-44025 (RFP2018-35) with Short Elliot Hendrickson, Inc., in the amount of $1,000,000, for a new contract total of $1,964,070, and an extension of the contract through March 31, 2020, for construction change orders to complete sanitary and storm manhole inspections.

    1. Passage of Resolution amending Resolution 2016R-198 entitled "Ordering the work to proceed and adopting the special assessments for the Washington Ave (CSAH 152) Streetscape Project No. 6727S," passed May 13, 2016, to reduce the total amount to be assessed for the project from $270,004.14 to $255,058.15 due to the final project cost being less than projected.

    2. Passage of Resolution amending Resolution 2016R-199 to reduce the total amount of assessment bonds to be sold for the Washington Ave Streetscape Project from $270,005, to $255,060.

    1. Approving the layout of the Minneapolis portion of the Portland Ave Hennepin County Cooperative Project from 60th St E in Minneapolis to 66th St E in Richfield.

    1. Passage of Resolution requesting the Minnesota Commissioner of Transportation to make removals from the Municipal State Aid (MSA) System of the City of Minneapolis.

    1. Passage of Resolution amending the 2019 Capital Improvement Appropriation Resolution authorizing closure and appropriation adjustments for capital projects and programs, as indicated on Schedules A – C, and reallocations and redistributions of excess revenues and bond proceeds to projects requiring additional funding.
