    1. Passage of Resolution ordering the work to proceed and adopting special assessments in the amount of $173,807.45 for the Grand St NE Street Resurfacing Project No. 2316C (CPV1956).

    2. Passage of Resolution requesting the Board of Estimate and Taxation authorize the City's issuance and sale of assessment bonds in the amount of $173,810 for the Grand St NE Street Resurfacing Project.

    1. Passage of Resolution ordering the work to proceed and adopting special assessments in the amount of $1,836,146.73 for the Sanford Area Residential Street Resurfacing Project No. 2316G (CPV1956).

    2. Passage of Resolution requesting the Board of Estimate and Taxation authorize the City's issuance and sale of assessment bonds in the amount of $1,836,150 for the Sanford Area Residential Street Resurfacing Project.

    1. Passage of Resolution amending the 2019 Bond Resolution increasing the bond funding for the 10th Ave Bridge Tunneled Water Main Project by $8,000,000 and increasing the total bonding request for Water Projects from $17,890,000 to $25,890,000.

    2. Passage of Resolution appropriating the additional bond funding to the Public Works Department for the project.

    1. Passage of Resolution designating the locations and improvements proposed to be made in the 14th Ave NE Alley Construction Project (between Pierce St NE and Buchanan St NE south of 14th Ave NE), Special Improvement of existing unpaved Alley No. 2319 (CPV063).

    2. Adopting report receiving cost estimate in the amount of $370,414.22, directing the preparation of proposed special assessments against the list of benefited properties, and setting a public hearing for April 23, 2019, to consider the project and assessments.

    1. Approving application of ESPN Production, Inc. for a large block event permit to allow activations for the ESPN College Gameday on Nicollet Mall to be held April 5-8, 2019, and to operate outside the hours permitted under Title 17, Section 455.35(c)(1) of Minneapolis Code of Ordinances.

    1. Passage of Resolution designating the location of a partial areaway abandonment and removal at 3032-3038 Hennepin Ave S as part of the Hennepin Ave S (W Lake St to 31st St W) Street Reconstruction Project No. 6763 (PVC121).

    2. Adopting report receiving cost estimate in the amount of $6,081.25, directing the preparation of proposed special assessments against the list of benefitted properties, and setting a public hearing for May 7, 2019, to consider the project and assessments.

Accepting the low bid of Cemstone Products Company, submitted on Official Publication No. 8679, in the amount of $1,618,281, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals to furnish and deliver Ready Mix Concrete for the City of Minneapolis Public Works Department, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City of specifications.

Accepting the low bid of Tiller Corporation, doing business as Commercial Asphalt Co., submitted on Official Publication No. 8676, in the amount of $4,737,800, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals to furnish and deliver bituminous mixtures for the City of Minneapolis Public Works Department, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications.

  8. 11 Bid for Fridley Softening Plant 2019 Masonry Repair Project This link open a new window(2019-00278)

Accepting the low bid of Restoration and Construction Services, LLC, submitted on Official Publication No. 8670, in the amount of $353,000 which is the base bid plus alternates 1-4, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals for the construction of the Fridley Softening Plant 2019 Masonry Repair Project for the City of Minneapolis Public Works Department, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications.

Accepting the low bid of Thomas and Sons Construction, Inc., submitted on Official Publication No. 8671, in the amount of $10,495,977.34, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals for the construction of the 8th St Reconstruction Project for the City of Minneapolis Public Works Department, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City of specifications.

Accepting the low bid of Engineering and Construction Innovations, Inc, submitted on Official Publication No. 8641, in the amount of $15,599,725, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals for the construction of the 10th Ave Water Main River Crossing Project for the City of Minneapolis Public Works Department, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications.
