    1. Passage of Resolution ordering the work to proceed and adopting special assessments in the amount of $10,169.17 for the 19th Ave S, 4th St S, and 20th Ave S Street Resurfacing Project No. 2316H (CPV1956).

    2. Passage of Resolution requesting the Board of Estimate and Taxation authorize the City's issuance and sale of assessment bonds in the amount of $10,170 for the 19th Ave S, 4th St S, and 20th Ave S Street Resurfacing Project.

Accepting the low bid of Concrete Idea, Inc., submitted on Official Publication No. 8658, in the amount of $619,050, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals for the construction of upgrades for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) pedestrian intersection ramps for the City of Minneapolis - Public Works Department, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications.

    1. Accepting the low bid of Intex Corporation, submitted on Official Publication No. 8675, in the amount of $292,120, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for crushing rubble concrete for the City of Minneapolis - Public Works Department, and authorizing a contract for the services, all in accordance with City specifications. Contractor offers to extend terms and pricing for an additional five years after Dec 31, 2019, and these extensions will be at the sole option of the City.
