    1. Passage of Resolution designating the location and improvements proposed for the 2019 Street Resurfacing Program, Special Improvement of Existing Streets No. 2316 (CPV1956).

    2. Adopting report receiving the cost estimate of $7,431,263 and directing the preparation of proposed special assessments against the list of benefited properties and setting the public hearings as follows:

    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract C-44152 with Fer-Pal Construction USA, LLC, in the amount of $927,250.18, for a total amount not to exceed $2,079,879.18, and extending the contract through Dec 31, 2019, for the structural lining of water mains.

Authorizing an amendment to Contract No. C-40238 with Formations Studio in the amount of $2,500, for a revised contract total of $255,800, for additional services associated with the Nimbus public art project on Nicollet Mall, and extending the contract to Dec 31, 2019, to cover the warranty period.
