    1. Passage of Resolution adopting the assessments, levying the assessments, and adopting the assessment rolls for water and sewer service line repairs or replacements on the lists of properties as on file with the City Engineer's Special Assessment Office.

      Clerk Note:  The public hearing will be continued to Nov 7, 2018.

    1. Passage of a Resolution adopting the assessments, levying the assessments, and adopting the assessment roll for sanitary sewer service availability charges (SAC) on the list of properties as on file in the City Engineer’s Special Assessment Office.

    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract C-41987, with Safety Signs, LLC, in the amount of $375,000, for a total amount not to exceed $1,455,000, for the rental of traffic control devices.

  2. 5 Temporary easement agreement for Cedar Ave S (51st St to 52nd St) Sanitary Reconstruction Project This link open a new window(2018-01246)
    1. Authorizing a temporary easement agreement with the owner of the property located at 5136 Cedar Ave S for the acquisition of a temporary easement in conjunction with the Cedar Ave S (51st St to 52nd St) Sanitary Reconstruction Project.

  3. 6 Uniform Assessment Rates: Establishing 2019 rates This link open a new window(2018-01247)
    1. Passage of Resolution establishing uniform assessment rates for street construction, street renovation, street resurfacing, and alley construction and resurfacing improvements for the 2019 calendar year.

  4. 7 Bid for Leamington Ramp and Haaf Ramp Lighting Retrofit Project This link open a new window(2018-01227)
    1. Accepting the low bid of Egan Company, submitted on Official Publication No. 8610, in the amount of $927,000, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals for the Leamington Ramp and Haaf Ramp Lighting Retrofit Project for the Public Works Department, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications.

  5. 8 Bid for hauling and disposal of dirt, snow, and asphalt millings This link open a new window(2018-01244)
    1. Accepting the low bid of US Site Work, Inc., summitted on Official Publication No. 8620, in the amount of $1,499,700, to furnish and deliver all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to perform the hauling of dirt, snow, and asphalt millings for the Public Works Department, and authorizing a contract for the service, all in accordance with City specifications.
