    1. Authorizing acceptance of $555,252 from the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) for the reconstruction of six signalized intersections on State Trunk Highway 47 (University Ave NE) and Trunk Highway 65 (Central Ave).

Setting a public hearing for Oct 9, 2018, to consider an ordinance amending Title 3 by repealing Chapter 56 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Air Pollution and Environmental Protection: Prohibited Discharges to Sanitary or Combined Sewer, repealing regulations for rainleader disconnect and time extension permit language to be incorporated in Title 19, Chapter 511.

Accepting the low bid of AE2S Construction, LLC, doing business as EIM, submitted on Official Publication No. 8616, in the amount of $619,000, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals for the construction of the Pump Station No. 7 Standby Power-Outdoor Construction Project for the Public Works Department, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications.
