    1. Passage of Resolution ordering the work to proceed and adopting special assessments in the amount of $257,313.85 for 5th St NE and Spring St NE in the 2018 Street Resurfacing Program, Project No. 2299K (CPV1856),

    2. Passage of Resolution requesting the Board of Estimate and Taxation to authorize the City's issuance and sale of assessment bonds in the amount of $257,315 for the 5th St NE and Spring St NE Resurfacing Project.

    1. Passage of Resolution ordering the work to proceed and adopting special assessments in the amount of $17,381.02 for the Oak Park Alley Project No. 2298 (CPV063).

    2. Passage of Resolution requesting the Board of Estimate and Taxation authorize the City’s issuance and sale of assessment bonds in the amount of $17,385 for the project.

    1. Passage of Resolution designating the improvement of the 2018 Alley Renovation Program (PV006) (9 alleys throughout the City of Minneapolis).

    2. Adopting report receiving the cost estimate of $234,456, directing the preparation of proposed special assessments against the list of benefited properties, and setting a public hearing to be held on June 5, 2018.

Authorizing amendments to the 2018 operating plan and budget for the 50th and France, 54th & Lyndale, Bloomington-Lake, Central Avenue, 48th Street East & Chicago Avenue South, Dinkytown, East Lake, Eat Street, Lowry Hill, Lyndale-Lake, Stadium Village, and Uptown Special Service Districts to incorporate 2017 year end budget surpluses or deficits.

    1. Receiving and filing a report of approved and implemented quarterly items for traffic zones, restrictions, and controls for the first quarter of 2018.

    1. Accepting the low bid of Wetland Habitat Restorations, LLC, submitted on Official Publication No. 8531, in the amount of $ 531,225, to furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals to provide specialty vegetation management at stormwater treatment facilities for the City of Minneapolis Public Works Department, and authorizing a three year contract for the service through Dec 31, 2020, all in accordance with City specifications.

    1. Accepting the sole responsive bid of Aggregate Industries, submitted on Official Publication No. 8539, in the amount of $186,800, to furnish and deliver fine aggregate for the City of Minneapolis Public Works Department, through March 31, 2019, and authorizing a contract for the purchase of the material, all in accordance with City specifications.

  6. 11 Bid for 61st St W Street Reconstruction Project This link open a new window(2018-00492)
    1. Accepting the low bid of Meyer Contracting, Inc., submitted on Official Publication No. 8544, in the amount of $3,347,461.53, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals for the construction of the 61st St W Reconstruction Project for the City of Minneapolis Public Works Department, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications.

    1. Authorizing Amendment No. 3 to Contract No. C-27786 with Nice Ride Minnesota to operate the Bicycle Share System, including a dockless bicycle sharing pilot through a License Agreement, for the remainder of the term through Aug 1, 2021.
