    1. Passage of a Resolution requesting the Minnesota Commissioner of Transportation to make additions to and removals from the Municipal State Aid System of the City of Minneapolis.

    1. Approving the North Loop Paving Project layout for the reconstruction of five street segments in the North Loop Neighborhood.

    2. Authorizing a cooperative agreement with Hennepin County, in the estimated amount of $100,000, for Hennepin County cost participation on additional curb extensions along Washington Ave N in coordination with the project.

    3. Authorizing negotiation with private property owners to acquire easements and additional right-of-way, if necessary for the project.

    4. Passage of Resolution directing the City Engineer to proceed with a variance request from State Aid Rules for vertical curves in the reconstruction of 5th Ave N between 5th St N and Washington Ave N.

    1. Approving the layout for the pedestrian improvement project along five street segments within the North Loop Neighborhood.

Trucking, submitted on Official Publication No. 8506, for an estimated annual expenditure of $2,000,000, to provide all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals necessary for the hauling and disposal of agricultural liming material for the City of Minneapolis Public Works Department Water Treatment and Distribution Division, and authorizing a contract from April 1, 2018, through March 31, 2019, with an option to extend for two additional calendar years through March 31, 2021, at the sole discretion  of the City, all in accordance with City specifications.

Accepting the low bid of Tiller Corporation doing business as Commercial Asphalt Company, submitted on Official Publication No. 8530, in the amount of $4,665,700, to produce and deliver Bituminous Mixtures as needed to various locations in the City of Minneapolis from April 1, 2018, through March 31, 2019, all in accordance with City specifications. Bidder offers to increase quantities by up to100% during the contract term.

  2. 26 Bid for Ready Mix Concrete This link open a new window(2018-00385)
    1. Accepting the low bid of AVR, Inc., submitted on Official Publication No. 8533, in the amount of $1,361,137.50, to produce and deliver Ready Mix Concrete as needed for various locations in the City of Minneapolis from April 1, 2018, to March 31, 2019, all in accordance with City specifications. Contract value will be established at $1,514,787.50 to include additional items from the low bidder as specified in their bid response and as required by the City. Bidder offers to increase quantities by up to 100% during the contract term.
