    1. Approving the Council appointment of Daniel Miller, Seat 1, Ward 1, to complete the term beginning June 1, 2016, and ending May 31, 2018.

  2. 3 2018 Street Resurfacing Program: Designation, cost estimate and setting public hearings This link open a new window(2018-00073)
    1. Passage of Resolution designating the location and improvements proposed to be made in the 2018 Street Resurfacing Program, Special Improvement of Existing Streets Project No.  2299 (CPV1856).

    2. Adopting report receiving the cost estimate of $8,371,075 and directing the preparation of proposed special assessments against the list of benefited properties. 

    3. Setting a public hearing for March 13, 2018:  Nokomis Area Residential (2299A) and Plymouth Ave N (2299B) Street Resurfacing Project.

    4. Setting a public hearing for March 27, 2018, to consider the Jordan West and Willard South Areas Residential (2299C), Irving Ave N (2299D), and Lyndale Ave N (2299E) Street Resurfacing Projects.

    5. Setting a public hearing for April 17, 2018, to consider the 24th St W and 24th St E (2299F), Emerson Ave N (2299G), Lyndale Area and Whittier South Area Residential (2299H), and 40th St W (2299I) Street Resurfacing Projects.

    6. Setting a public hearing for May 1, 2018, to consider the Armatage South Area Residential (2299J) and 5th St NE and Spring St NE (2299K) Street Resurfacing Projects.

    7. Setting a public hearing for May 15, 2018, to consider the 37th Ave NE (2299L) Street Resurfacing Project.

    1. Authorizing issuance of a Request for Proposals for event management and implementation services for the Litter Be Gone™ Event.

  4. 5 Contract amendment with Coen + Partners for historic preservation architectural and landscape architectural design services for Peavey Plaza This link open a new window(2018-00075)
    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. C-42061 with Coen + Partners, in the amount of $265,380, for a total amount not to exceed $1,160,380, for additional historic preservation architectural and landscape architectural design services for Peavey Plaza.

    1. Receiving and filing a report of approved and implemented quarterly items for traffic zones, restrictions, and controls for the fourth quarter of 2017.

  6. 7 Bid for E River Rd Railroad Crossings Project This link open a new window(2018-00076)
    1. Accepting the only bid of Meyer Contracting, Inc., submitted on Official Publication No. 8498, in the amount of $495,545, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals for the construction of the E River Rd Railroad Crossings Project for the Public Works Department, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications.

  7. 8 Bid for Broadway Street NE Reconstruction Project This link open a new window(2018-00080)
    1. Accepting the low bid of Park Construction Company, submitted on Official Publication No. 8481, in the amount of $ 3,659,770.76, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals for the Broadway Street NE Street Reconstruction Project (CPV117) - S.P. 141-333-008 for the Public Works Department, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications.
