Passage of Resolution amending Resolution 2017R-097 entitled “Requesting the Board of Estimate and Taxation to issue and sell City of Minneapolis bonds in the amount of $1,771,220 for certain purposes other than the purchase of public utilities,” passed Feb 24, 2017, and amended by Resolution 2017R-220, passed May 12, 2017, to reduce the amount of bonds requested to be sold for the project.
