    1. Authorizing execution of a Consent of Easement Beneficiary to an Environmental Covenant and Easement between RLBC Franklin Station LP and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency relating to the property located at 2113 Cedar Ave S.

  2. 3 Contract amendment with Sunram Construction, Inc. for the Bassett Creek Main Stem Stabilization Project This link open a new window(2021-01273)
    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. C-43812 with Sunram Construction, Inc., in the amount of $12,340.86 for a total amount not to exceed $439,187.36, for additional work required due to unknown conditions at the time of the original bid for the Bassett Creek Main Stem Stabilization Project, all in accordance with City specifications.

    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. C-41881 with Bolton & Menk, Inc., in the amount of $416,613.50 for a total amount not to exceed $3,446,336.50, for additional professional services for the 4th St N and S Street Reconstruction Project No. 2285 (CPV095).

  4. 5 Contract amendment with Bolton & Menk, Inc. for engineering and design services for the preliminary and detail design for the Luella Anderson Residential Neighborhood Street Reconstruction Project This link open a new window(2021-01275)
    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. COM0001976 with Bolton & Menk, Inc., in the amount of $35,000 for a total amount not to exceed $693,907, for additional engineering and design services for the Luella Anderson Residential Neighborhood Street Reconstruction Project.

Passage of Resolution approving a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Minneapolis and the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board for the establishment of intent to enter into a formal maintenance and operating agreement for the Water Quality Improvement Project at Bryn Mawr Meadows Park.

Accepting the low bid of RAM Construction Services of MN LLC, submitted on Event No. 1798, in the amount of $259,950, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Fridley Water Plant West Clean Water Basin Rehabilitation Project, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications.

    1. Accepting the second low bid of New Look Contracting, Inc., submitted on Event No. 1698, in the amount of $2,755,500, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the hauling of dirt, snow, and asphalt millings, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications. 

  9. 10 Bid for crushing rubble concrete This link open a new window(2021-01314)
    1. Accepting the low responsive bid of New Look Contracting, Inc., submitted on Event No. 1703, in the amount of $384,000, allowing up to two contract extensions of one year each, to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform the crushing of rubble concrete for Public Works Department street and sewer projects during the 2022 construction season, and authorizing a contract for the services, all in accordance with City specifications.
