    1. Passage of Resolution ordering the work to proceed and adopting special assessments in the amount of $2,177,996.29 for the Bryant Ave S (Lake St W to 50th St W) Street Reconstruction Project No. 6764 (PV126).

    2. Passage of Resolution requesting the Board of Estimate and Taxation authorize the City's issuance and sale of assessment bonds in the amount of $2,177,996.29 for the project.

    3. Passage of Resolution ordering the abandonment and removal of areaways located in the public right-of-way in conflict with the project.

    1. Passage of Resolution ordering the work to proceed and adopting special assessments in the amount of $99,269.35 for the Franklin Ave W (Hennepin Ave S to Lyndale Ave S) Street Reconstruction Project No. 6772 (PV154).

    2. Passage of Resolution requesting the Board of Estimate and Taxation authorize the City's issuance and sale of assessment bonds in the amount of $99,269.35 for the project.

    1. Passage of Resolution amending the 2021 Capital Improvement Appropriation Resolution by increasing the appropriation for the Public Works Water Fund for Water Distribution Improvements (CWT1221) by $1,416,000. 

  2. 5 Capital project closeouts with appropriation, bond reallocation, and revenue adjustments within the City's Capital Project and Enterprise Funds This link open a new window(2021-01207)
    1. Passage of Resolution amending the 2021 Capital Improvement Appropriation Resolution by authorizing closure and appropriation adjustments for capital projects and programs, as indicated on Schedules A - D, and reallocation and redistribution of excess revenues and bond proceeds to projects requiring additional funding.

  3. 6 Agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) for the exchange of Federal funds for State Aid funds This link open a new window(2021-01208)
    1. Authorizing an agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) to act as an agent to facilitate a federal fund transfer between the cities of Minneapolis and Buffalo, Minnesota, whereby the City of Minneapolis will transfer $495,000 of State Aid funds to the City of Buffalo in exchange for $550,000 in Federal funds.

Authorizing an increase to Contract No. COM0002938 with Minger Construction Companies, Inc., in the amount of $247,542.19 for a total amount not to exceed $1,555,760.20, for additional work required due to unforeseen conditions for the Wenonah West Lift Station Project, all in accordance with City specifications. 

  5. 8 Contract amendment with Stantec, Inc. for engineering and design services for the Upper Harbor Terminal Project This link open a new window(2021-01210)
    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. COM0002570 with Stantec, Inc., in the amount of $784,375 for a total amount not to exceed $2,622,807, for additional engineering and design services for the Upper Harbor Terminal Project.

    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. COM0003669 with Veit & Company, Inc., in the amount of $525,150.41, for a total amount not to exceed $4,012,831.01, for additional services associated with the Plymouth Ave N (Xerxes Ave N to Penn Ave N) Street Reconstruction Project.

Authorizing an increase to Contract No. COM0003309 with Lino Lakes Landscaping LLC, in the amount of $450,000 for a total amount not to exceed $681,000, to provide contract funding for additional usage of the program in 2022, 2023, and 2024 for city-wide turf installation, all in accordance with City specifications.

    1. Authorizing a temporary construction agreement with the University of Minnesota, in an amount not to exceed $1,500, for repairs to Bridge 9 - Pier 5, Abutment 1, Pier 2, and bluff stabilization.

  9. 12 Limited Use Permit with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) for the Cedar Lake Trail bike facility under Interstate 94 right-of-way This link open a new window(2021-01213)
    1. Passage of Resolution authorizing execution of a Limited Use Permit with the Minnesota Department of Transportation for the segment of the Cedar Lake Trail within the right-of-way of Interstate 94.

    1. Passage of Resolution requesting the Minnesota Commissioner of Transportation to make additions to and removals from the Municipal State Aid System within the City of Minneapolis.

    1. Passage of Resolution directing the City Engineer to apply for a Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) Safe Routes to School (SRTS) infrastructure grant to provide funding for the Phillips Traffic Safety Project.

Authorizing execution of quit claim deeds to the Metropolitan Council, Hennepin County Regional Railroad Authority, Sharing & Caring Hands, and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad, and the acceptance of a quit claim deed from Metropolitan Council, Hennepin County Regional Railroad Authority, and Sharing & Caring Hands, to clarify property ownership after the vacation of Holden St and Buchanan (12th) St rights-of-way.

Approving the application submitted by Vince Granieri, of NHL Enterprises L.P., for a large block event permit to allow The Pregame at 2022 NHL Winter Classic to be held Jan 1, 2022, on 1st Ave N, between 5th St N and 7th St N, and on 6th St N, between 1st Ave N and Hennepin Ave, and to operate outside the hours permitted under Minneapolis Code of Ordinances, Section 455.35(c)(1).

Accepting the low bid of Minger Construction Companies, Inc., submitted on Event No. 1658, in the amount of $2,978,085.55, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Laurel Morgan Sewer Construction Project, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications.

  15. 18 Bids for aftermarket light duty vehicle automotive parts This link open a new window(2021-01218)
    1. Accepting the bid of Genuine Parts Company (dba NAPA Auto), submitted on Event No. 1719, in the estimated annual amount of $300,000 for one year, with the option to extend for four additional 12-month periods, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for aftermarket light duty vehicle automotive parts, and authorizing a contract for the service, all in accordance with City specifications.

    2. Accepting the bid of Elliott Auto Supply Co., Inc., submitted on Event No. 1719, in the estimated annual amount of $75,000 for one year, with the option to extend for four additional 12-month periods, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for aftermarket light duty vehicle automotive parts, and authorizing a contract for the service, all in accordance with City specifications.

    3. Accepting the bid of O’Reilly Auto Enterprises LLC, submitted on Event No. 1719, in the estimated annual amount of $25,000 for one year, with the option to extend for four additional 12-month periods, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for aftermarket light duty vehicle automotive parts, and authorizing a contract for the service, all in accordance with City specifications.
