    1. Passage of Resolution adopting the assessments, levying the assessments, and adopting the assessment rolls for water and sewer service line repairs or replacements on the lists of properties as on file with the City Engineer’s Special Assessment Office.

    1. Authorizing a contract with SRF Consulting Group, Inc., in the amount of $204,800, for a period of one year and two months, for the design and construction management of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Pedestrian Ramps.

  2. 5 Contract amendment with Michels Corporation for the Pump Station No. 5 North Flood Wall Rehabilitation Project This link open a new window(2021-01051)
    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. COM0002647 with Michels Corporation, in the amount of $72,080.42 for a total amount not to exceed $2,112,264.39, for additional work performed as part of the Pump Station No. 5 North Flood Wall Rehabilitation Project.

  3. 6 Contract amendment with Lunda Construction Company for the 10th Ave SE River Bridge Rehabilitation Project This link open a new window(2021-01052)
    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. COM0001220 with Lunda Construction Company, in the amount of $2,164,410.37 for a total amount not to exceed $55,218,800.03, for additional work due to unforeseen conditions on the 10th Ave SE River Bridge Rehabilitation Project, all in accordance with City specifications.

  4. 7 Bryant Ave S (Lake St W to 50th St W) Street Reconstruction: Project designation, cost estimate, and setting public hearing This link open a new window(2021-01053)
    1. Passage of Resolution designating the location and improvements of certain existing streets in the Bryant Ave S (Lake St W to 50th St W) Street Reconstruction Project, Special Improvement of Existing Street No. 6764 (PV126).

    2. Adopting report receiving the cost estimate in the amount of $20,515,000, directing the preparation of proposed special assessments against the list of benefited properties, and setting a public hearing for Nov 10, 2021, to consider the project, assessments, and the abandonment and removal of areaways in conflict with the project.

    1. Passage of Resolution directing the Hennepin County Auditor to cancel the special assessments for the Hennepin Avenue Theatre District Street Lighting Project No. 2221L, for the payable 2022 and subsequent years’ tax files, as the infrastructure related to the project has been removed.

    2. Passage of Resolution directing the Hennepin County Auditor to cancel the special assessments for the Annual Operation and Maintenance Costs for the Hennepin Avenue Theatre District Street Lighting Project No. 01290, for the payable 2022 and subsequent years’ tax files, as the infrastructure related to the project has been removed. 

  7. 10 Traffic Code modernization ordinance This link open a new window(2021-01010)
    1. Referring to staff the subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 18, Chapter 478 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Traffic Code: Parking, Stopping, and Standing, amending regulations in order to modernize and enhance current traffic conditions and situations.

  8. 11 Bid for 11th and Marquette Ramp - Epoxy Overlay of Helices This link open a new window(2021-01061)
    1. Accepting the low bid of Paragon Restoration II, Inc., submitted on Event No. 1686, in the amount of $172,330, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the 11th and Marquette Ramp - Epoxy Overlay of Helices Project, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications.
