    1. Passage of Resolution approving the 2022 operating plans, special services, cost estimates, service charges, and the lists of 2022 service charges for the 50th and France, 54th & Lyndale, Bloomington-Lake, Chicago-Lake, East Lake, Lyndale-Lake, and West Broadway Improvement Special Service Districts (Section 428A Districts), and directing the Department of Public Works to proceed with the work.

Passage of Ordinance amending Title 17, Chapter 465 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Streets and Sidewalks: Downtown Business Improvement Special Service District, readopting the ordinance to renew the Downtown Business Improvement (DID) Special Service District for an additional five-year period.

Passage of Resolution approving the operating plan, services budget, special services, the cost estimates, service charges, and the lists of service charges for 2022 for the Downtown Business Improvement Special Service District (DID), and directing the City Engineer to proceed with the work.

    1. Passage of Resolution authorizing acquisition and exchange of certain real estate from Buckeye Realty and Leasing, Envira Properties, and Simpson Housing Services to allow for the extension of Border Ave from Holden St N to Glenwood Ave.

  2. 6 Memorandum of Understanding and Request for Proposals for a Shared Bike and Scooter Program This link open a new window(2021-00990)
    1. Authorizing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board, the University of Minnesota, and the City of Saint Paul to jointly develop a solicitation for a Shared Bike and Scooter Program. 

    2. Authorizing issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Shared Bike and Scooter Program.

    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. C-43679 with Global Specialty Contractors, Inc., in the amount of $18,022.76 for a total amount not to exceed $8,035,911.84, for additional work performed as part of the Peavey Plaza Construction Project.

  4. 8 Electric Vehicle Charging Rates for the Twin Cities Electric Vehicle Mobility Network (EV Spot Network Pilot Project) This link open a new window(2021-00996)
    1. Passage of Resolution approving the price structure and rates for charging electric vehicles (EVs) in the public right-of-way as part of the EV Spot Network Pilot Project.

  5. 9 Uniform Assessment Rates: Establishing 2022 rates This link open a new window(2021-00997)
    1. Passage of Resolution establishing uniform assessment rates for street construction, street renovation, street resurfacing, and alley construction and resurfacing improvements for the 2022 calendar year.

  6. 10 Bid for directional boring This link open a new window(2021-00998)
    1. Accepting the low bid of TD&I Cable Maintenance, Inc., submitted on Event No. 1564, in an estimated annual amount not to exceed $175,000, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for directional boring, and authorizing a two-year contract for the project with the option to extend for three additional 12-month periods, all in accordance with City specifications.

  7. 11 Bid for Whittier Safe Routes to School Project This link open a new window(2021-00999)
    1. Accepting the low bid of Ti-Zack Concrete, Inc., submitted on Event No. 1537, in the amount of $529,203, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Whittier Safe Routes to School Project, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications.

  8. 12 Bid for Queen Ave Bicycle Boulevard Project This link open a new window(2021-01000)
    1. Accepting the low bid of Ti-Zack Concrete, Inc., submitted on Event No. 1624, in the amount of $1,174,286.75, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Queen Ave Bicycle Boulevard Project, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications.
