  1. 2 Mississippi Watershed Management Organization grant to construct green stormwater infrastructure and drainage improvements as part of the Downtown East Street Reconstruction Project This link open a new window(2021-00929)
    1. Accepting a grant from the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization (MWMO), in the amount of $500,000, to construct green stormwater infrastructure and drainage improvements as part of the Downtown East Street Reconstruction Project.

    2. Authorizing an agreement with the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization for the activities and requirements of the grant.

    3. Passage of Resolution approving appropriation of funds to the Public Works Department.

    1. Authorizing a joint powers agreement with the City of Columbia Heights, in an estimated amount of $431,209.10, for final engineering design and services for the 37th Ave NE Street Reconstruction Project. 

    2. Passage of Resolution approving appropriation of funds to the Public Works Department.

Authorizing acceptance of a utility easement agreement with the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board (MPRB) that grants the City of Minneapolis a permanent easement in Bryn Mawr Meadows Park for the purpose of operating, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing a new sanitary sewer conveyance system.

  4. 5 Hennepin County Lake St and 42 St E Pedestrian Crossing Safety Improvements Project: Layout approval This link open a new window(2021-00932)
    1. Approving the layout for five intersection safety improvements along 42nd St E (CSAH 42) from Cedar Ave to Nokomis Ave, and at Cedar Ave and Lake St (CSAH 3), as a part of Hennepin County's Highway Pedestrian Crossing Safety Improvements Program (HSIP) Project. 

  5. 6 Contract with Miovision Technologies, Inc. for traffic count processing services This link open a new window(2021-00950)
    1. Authorizing a contract with Miovision Technologies, Inc., in the amount of $375,000, for traffic count processing services for a three-year period beginning Sept 1, 2021, and ending Aug 31, 2024, with the option to extend the contract for two additional one-year periods.

  6. 7 Contract amendment with Black & Veatch Corporation for design and construction engineering services for the 10th Ave Bridge Water Main River Crossing Project This link open a new window(2021-00939)

Authorizing an increase to Contract No. C-43836 with Black & Veatch Corporation, in the amount of $140,000 for a total amount not to exceed $2,038,776, and an extension through July 31, 2022, for additional design and construction engineering services related to the 10th Ave Bridge Water Main River Crossing Project.

    1. Passage of Resolution authorizing an agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation to maintain facility for the Safe Routes to School Program in conjunction with the Whittier International Elementary School Safe Routes to School Project.

  11. 12 Bid for Corcoran Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Pedestrian Ramp Improvements Project This link open a new window(2021-00943)
    1. Accepting the low bid of Standard Sidewalk, Inc., submitted on Event No. 1535, in the amount of $928,571.53, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the construction of the Corcoran Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Pedestrian Ramp Improvements Project, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications.
