    1. Passage of Resolution ordering the work to proceed and adopting the special assessments in the amount of $65,125.76 for the 2021 Alley Renovation Program, Special Improvement of Existing Alleys No. AL021.

    2. Passage of Resolution requesting the Board of Estimate and Taxation authorize the City’s issuance and sale of assessment bonds in the amount of $65,125.76 for the 2021 Alley Renovation Program.

Authorizing an amendment to the existing permanent easement agreement and authorizing a new temporary easement agreement with the owner of the property located at 8 Park Lane for the acquisition of permanent and temporary easements in conjunction with the Park Lane Sanitary Rehabilitation Project.

    1. Authorizing a second budget amendment for the 48th & Chicago Special Service District to carry forward $12,223 of the $22,223 year-end budget surplus in 2020 to the 2021 budget, and applying the remaining $10,000 to the 2022 budget to reduce the District’s service charges next year.

    1. Authorizing a contract with Pure Technologies US, Inc., dba WachsWater Services, in the amount of $250,000, for water transmission system valve exercising and condition assessment services through Dec 31, 2022.

  10. 12 Contract with Korterra, Inc. for the Gopher State One Call ticket management system This link open a new window(2021-00887)
    1. Authorizing the customization of the terms and conditions of a contract with Korterra, Inc. to reflect a mutual liability waiver incorporated into the contract for a hosted solution for the Gopher State One Call ticket management system.  This negotiated material change has been incorporated into prior contracts with this vendor.

  11. 13 Bid for graffiti abatement This link open a new window(2021-00888)
    1. Accepting the low bid of MJV Services LLC, submitted on Event No. 1543,  in the amount of $83,016.48 per year, to furnish and deliver all labor, materials, and incidentals necessary for graffiti abatement, and authorizing a three-year contract with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods, all in accordance with City specifications.

  12. 14 Bid for the Dight/Standish Americans with Disabilities Act Pedestrian Ramp Improvements Project This link open a new window(2021-00889)
    1. Accepting the low bid of Ti Zack Concrete, Inc., submitted on Event No. 1531, in the amount of $237,447, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the construction of the Dight/Standish Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Pedestrian Ramp Improvements Project, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications.
