    1. Passage of Resolution adopting the assessments, levying the assessments, and adopting the assessment roll for sanitary sewer service availability charges (SAC) on the list of properties as on file in the City Engineer’s Special Assessment Office.

    1. Authorizing an amendment to Contract No. C-42523 with Tiller Corporation, increasing the contract by $562,700, for a revised contract total of $3,194,200, to furnish hot mix asphalt to the City of Minneapolis for construction and maintenance operations.

    1. Passage of Resolution designating the location and improvements proposed to be made in the Broadway St NE (Stinson Blvd to Industrial Blvd) Street Reconstruction Project, Special Improvement of Existing Street No. 6759 (CPV117).

    2. Adopting report receiving the cost estimate of $7,588,372, and directing the preparation of proposed special assessments against the list of benefited properties.

    3. Setting a public hearing for Nov 28, 2017, to consider the project, assessments, and the abandonment and removal of areaways in conflict with the Broadway St NE (Stinson Blvd to Industrial Blvd) Street Reconstruction Project, Special Improvement of Existing Street No. 6759 (CPV117).

  10. 12 28th Ave S (58th St E to 59 1/2th St E) Reconstruction Project: Layout approval, easements, and Limited Use Permit This link open a new window(2017-01251)
    1. Approving the layout for the 28th Ave S Street Reconstruction Project between 58th St E and 59 1/2th St E.

    2. Authorizing negotiation with private property owners to acquire easements and additional right-of-way, if necessary for the project.

    3. Passage of Resolution authorizing execution of a Limited Use Permit with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) for the reconstruction and utilization of 28th Ave S in the MnDOT right-of-way adjacent to State Highway 62.

  11. 13 Grant application to Minnesota Department of Transportation for 2017 Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP) funding for reconstruction of 4th St N/S from 2nd Ave N to 4th Ave S This link open a new window(2017-01249)
    1. Authorizing the submittal of a grant application to the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) for 2017 MnDOT LRIP funding to reconstruct 4th St N/S from 2nd Ave N to 4th Ave S.

    1. Passage of a resolution establishing uniform assessment rates for street construction, street renovation, street resurfacing, and alley construction and resurfacing improvements for the 2018 calendar year.

Accepting the low responsive bid of Minnesota Pipe and Equipment, submitted on Official Publication No. 8461 in the amount of $345,000, to furnish and deliver various water utility materials for the City of Minneapolis, Public Works Division, and authorizing a contract for the service, all in accordance with City specifications.
