    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. COM0001072 with Kimley Horn and Associates, Inc., in the amount of $163,390 for a total amount not to exceed $1,153,090, for additional engineering and design services for the Grand Ave S Street Reconstruction Project.

Passage of Resolution amending the 2021 Capital Improvement Appropriation Resolution by increasing revenue and appropriation in the 8th St SE Project (PV120), the 10th Ave SE River Bridge Project (BR111), and the 2021 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Pedestrian Ramp Program (PV104); and decreasing revenue and appropriation in the North Loop Paving Project (PV135), the 2021 Concrete Rehabilitation Program (PV108), and the Hennepin Ave S Project (PV121).
