  1. 2 Special Service Districts (Non-428A Districts): 2018 proposed services and service charges This link open a new window(2017-01057)
    1. Passage of Resolution approving special services, the cost estimates, service charges, and the lists of service charges for 2018 for the following Special Service Districts (Non-Section 428A): Uptown, Dinkytown, Central Avenue, Eat Street, Stadium Village, Linden Hills, Lowry Hill, and 48th Street East and Chicago Avenue South, and directing the City Engineer to proceed with the work.

    1. Passage of Resolution accepting scholarship for travel-related expenses for City Bridge Engineer Jack Yuzna to present a paper at the National Accelerated Bridge Construction Conference from Dec. 7-8, 2017, in Miami, Florida.

  2. 4 Zombie Pub Crawl Block Event Permit: Oct 14, 2017 This link open a new window(2017-01187)
    1. Approving application of Zombie Productions, LLC, for a Large Block Event Permit to allow the Zombie Pub Crawl to be held on Oct. 14, 2017, and to operate outside the hours permitted under Minneapolis Code of Ordinances, Title 17, Section 455.35c1.

  3. 5 Hiawatha Trail Gap: Layout approval and easements This link open a new window(2017-01195)
    1. Approving the layout for the construction of the Hiawatha Avenue Trail Gap between East 28th Street to East 32nd Street.

    2. Authorizing negotiation with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) to acquire a Limited Use Permit for the Hiawatha Trail Gap Project.

    3. Authorizing negotiation with private property owners to acquire easements and additional right-of-way, if necessary, for the project.

  4. 6 Contract amendment with Keys Well Drilling for the 10th Ave Storm Tunnel Project This link open a new window(2017-01200)
    1. Authorizing Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. C-28509 with Keys Well Drilling, increasing the contract by $6,500, for a total contract amount not to exceed $218,085, for an additional four (4) years of pump rental costs for dewatering wells for the 10th Ave Storm Tunnel Project.

  5. 7 Non-Governmental Tax Exempt Parcel Street Light Operation Fee Assessment This link open a new window(2017-01189)
    1. Adopting report designating the citywide street light operations assessment against properties exempt from ad valorem taxation.

  7. 9 Bid for removal of snow and ice from public sidewalks This link open a new window(2017-01173)
    1. Accepting the low responsive bid of Stonepros LLC, submitted on Official Publication No. 8448, in the amount of $365,700, to furnish and deliver all labor, materials, and incidentals for the removal of snow and ice from public sidewalks for the City of Minneapolis, Public Works Division, and authorizing a contract for the service, all in accordance with City specifications.

  8. 10 Bid for 10th Ave Storm Tunnel Repairs, Phase 5 This link open a new window(2017-01174)
    1. Accepting the low responsive bid of PCI Roads, Inc., submitted on Official Publication No. 8453, in the amount of $2,847,395 to furnish and deliver all labor, materials, and incidentals for the 10th Ave Storm Tunnel Repairs - Phase V for the City of Minneapolis, Public Works Division, and authorizing a contract for the service, all in accordance with City specifications.

    1. Authorizing a funding agreement with Mississippi Watershed Management Organization (MWMO) in an amount not to exceed $206,000 for the East Watershed Modeling Project.
