  1. 2 4th St N and S (from 2nd Ave N to 4th Ave S) Street Reconstruction: Project approval, assessment, and areaway abandonment This link open a new window(2020-01116)
    1. Passage of Resolution ordering the work to proceed and adopting special assessments in the amount of $631,832 for the 4th St N and S (from 2nd Ave N to 4th Ave S) Street Reconstruction Project, Special Improvement of Existing Street No. 2285 (PV095).

    2. Passage of Resolution requesting the Board of Estimate and Taxation authorize the City's issuance and sale of assessment bonds in the amount of $631,832 for the project.

    3. Passage of Resolution ordering the abandonment and removal of areaways located in the public right-of-way in conflict with the project.

Passage of Resolution ordering the work to proceed and adopting special assessments in the amount of $913,734.25 for the Webber Pkwy, 44th Ave N, Lyndale Ave N, and Humboldt Ave N (from Penn Ave N to Lyndale Ave N) Street Reconstruction Project, Special Improvement of Existing Street No. 6777 (PV074).

    2. Passage of Resolution requesting the Board of Estimate and Taxation authorize the City's issuance and sale of assessment bonds in the amount of $913,734.25 for the project.

    3. Passage of Resolution ordering the abandonment and removal of areaways located in the public right-of-way in conflict with the project.

    4. Authorizing Cooperative Agreement No. PW 45-20-19 with Hennepin County for the reconstruction of County State Aid Highway No. 152.

    1. Authorizing a temporary construction easement agreement with the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) for temporary use of MPRB land for the reconstruction of the downtown Central City Storm Tunnel and Outlet near Mills Ruins and the Stone Arch Bridge.

  2. 5 Bid for repair and replacement of private water valves and disconnects This link open a new window(2020-01120)
    1. Accepting the sole bid of Gene’s Water & Sewer, Inc., submitted on Event No. 1254, in the amount of $500,000 annually with an option to extend the contract for one-year increments up to a total of four years, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary to repair and replace private water valves and disconnects, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications. 

  3. 6 Bid for variable message signs This link open a new window(2020-01119)
    1. Accepting the sole bid of Daktronics, Inc., submitted on Event No. 1225, in the amount of $200,000 annually for five years, to furnish and deliver variable message signs, and authorizing a contract for the service, all in accordance with City specifications.
