    1. Passage of Resolution adopting the assessments, levying the assessments, and adopting the assessment roll for the 2021 Street Maintenance Assessment Project 1337M.

  1. 4 Contract amendment with Kimley-Horn & Associates for Hennepin Ave Street Reconstruction Project This link open a new window(2020-01049)
    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. C-43268 with Kimley-Horn & Associates, in the amount of $153,650 for a total amount not to exceed $3,309,663, and an extension through Dec 31, 2023, for additional scope of work associated with design and construction management for the Hennepin Ave Street Reconstruction Project.

  2. 5 Contract amendment with Michels Corporation for cleaning and lining of water mains This link open a new window(2020-01048)
    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. COM0001181 with Michels Corporation, in the amount of $223,775.33 for a total amount not to exceed $4,075,775.33, for additional quantities required and work necessary due to unforeseen conditions for the cleaning and lining of water mains, all in accordance with City specifications.

  3. 6 Contract amendment with Midwest Diesel Service, Inc. for truck parts and services This link open a new window(2020-01053)
    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. COM0002307 with Midwest Diesel Service, Inc., in the amount of $100,000 for a total amount not to exceed $299,000, for Crane Carrier Corporation truck parts and services, all in accordance with City specifications.

    1. Passage of Resolution levying various 2020 Public Works Department special assessments and adopting the assessment rolls.

  5. 8 Plymouth Ave N (Xerxes Ave N to Penn Ave N) Street Reconstruction Project: Project designation, cost estimate, and setting public hearing This link open a new window(2020-01055)
    1. Passage of Resolution designating the location and improvements proposed to be made in the Plymouth Ave N (Xerxes Ave N to Penn Ave N) Street Reconstruction Project, Special Improvement of Existing Street No. 6771 (PV152).

    2. Adopting report receiving the cost estimate of $4,590,296, and directing the preparation of proposed special assessments against the list of benefited properties, and setting a public hearing for Dec 9, 2020, to consider the project, assessments, and the abandonment and removal of areaways in conflict with the project.

  6. 9 Bid for fire apparatus parts and services This link open a new window(2020-01050)
    1. Accepting the sole bid of Macqueen Equipment LLC, submitted on Event No. 1239, in the amount of $200,000 to furnish and deliver Pierce Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) fire apparatus parts and services to the Public Works Department, and authorizing a two-year agreement for the service with the option to renew for three additional years at the City’s sole discretion, all in accordance with City specifications.
