    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. C-44482 with Custom Products and Services, in the amount of $540,720 for a total amount not to exceed $1,622,160, for sidewalk and parking lot snow clearing, removal, and ice control services for Special Service Districts for the 2020-2021 season.

    2. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. COM0000009 with Stonepros LLC, dba Snowpros, in the amount of $620,400 for a total amount not to exceed $1,861,200, for sidewalk and parking lot snow clearing, removal, and ice control services for Special Service Districts for the 2020-2021 season.

    1. Setting a public hearing for Oct 7, 2020, to consider an Ordinance amending Title 11, Chapter 225 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Health and Sanitation: Garbage and Refuse, amending definitions to align with state statute.

Accepting the low bid of Minger Construction Companies, Inc., submitted on Event No. 1157, in the amount of $1,308,218.01, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Wenonah West Lift Station Project, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications.

  11. 15 Bid for Pump Station No. 5 Masonry & Pier Repair Project This link open a new window(2020-00970)
    1. Accepting the low bid of Stillwater Masonry Restoration, Inc., submitted on Event No. 1117, in the amount of $250,000, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Pump Station No. 5 Masonry & Pier Repair Project in 2021, and authorizing a contract for the project to be completed by Oct 31, 2021, all in accordance with City specifications.
