    1. Passage of Resolution ordering the work to proceed and adopting special assessments in the amount of $611,816.17 for the Cheatham (formerly known as Dight)/Standish Residential Street Resurfacing Project No. 2343D (CPV2256).

    2. Passage of Resolution requesting the Board of Estimate and Taxation authorize the City's issuance and sale of assessment bonds in the amount of $611,816.17 for the project.

    2. Passage of Resolution requesting the Board of Estimate and Taxation authorize the City's issuance and sale of assessment bonds in the amount of $354,528.67 for the project.

    3. Passage of Resolution ordering the abandonment and removal of areaways located in the public right-of-way in conflict with the project.

    1. Authorizing the submittal of a series of grant applications for federal transportation funds through Metropolitan Council’s 2022 Regional Solicitation Program.

    2. Authorizing the commitment of local funds to provide the required local match for the federal funding.

    1. Passage of Resolution directing the City Engineer to proceed with a variance request from Minnesota Department of Transportation State Aid Rules for median width on Hennepin Ave between Franklin Ave and 29th St, and for bikeway clearance and bikeway design speed on Hennepin Ave between 260 feet north of Franklin Ave and Lake St, as part of the Hennepin Ave Street Reconstruction Project (Douglas Ave to Lake St).

    1. Passage of Resolution amending the Capital Improvement Appropriation Resolution by increasing Municipal State Aid (MSA) appropriation and revenue for the Franklin Ave W (Hennepin Ave S to Lyndale Ave S) Street Reconstruction Project by $900,000.

    1. Authorizing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) and Hennepin County related to real estate conveyances for the reconstruction of Osseo Road.

    1. Approving the application submitted by Felicia O'Brien for a large block event permit to allow the Walker Art Center to host the Rock the Garden event on June 11, 2022, and to operate outside the hours permitted under Minneapolis Code of Ordinances, Section 455.35(c)(1).

    1. Referring to staff an Ordinance amending Title 19 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances, relating to Water, Sewers and Sewage Disposal, by repealing, replacing, and/or amending the following chapters to revise stormwater sewer and sanitary sewer charges and permits for the laying, repairing, and replacing of stormwater sewer and sanitary sewer pipes:

      1. Chapter 505 In General.
      2. Chapter 507 Connections by City and Assessments Therefor.
      3. Chapter 509 Water.
      4. Chapter 510 Stormwater Management System and Operation of a Stormwater Utility.
      5. Chapter 511 Sewers and Sewage Disposal.
