    1. Authorizing an amendment to Contract No. C-43487 to expand the scope of services to provide for pre-employment and fitness for duty psychological evaluations for Minneapolis 911 personnel.

    1. Receiving and filing a presentation of Minneapolis Police Department (MPD) procedures related to providing departmental personnel and facility access to researchers, jounalists, and other media. 

  2. 5 Contract with Blue Pictures, LLC, to film Minneapolis Police Department women in law enforcement This link open a new window(2018-01450)
    1. Authorizing the Minneapolis Police Department to enter into a location and access agreement with Blue Pictures, LLC, to film a documentary motion picture following the work and lives of a select group of women in law enforcement tentatively entitled “Women in Blue," and upon prior notice to the Department, this agreement allows Blue Pictures, LLC to enter and access Department property and facilities with the right to film, videotape, photograph, reproduce, and otherwise record activities that take place in connection with Police.

  1. 6 Police Department wellness and mindfulness planning This link open a new window(2019-00329)
    1. Directing the Minneapolis Police Department (MPD) to report back to the Public Safety & Emergency Management Committee, by Jul 31, 2019, regarding development of an MPD plan to further the culture of wellness and mindfulness within the Police Department, including those steps taken within the MPD Leadership and Development Unit (Training). The report should include how the work plan meets the Chief’s vision, how progress will be measured, what past wellness endeavors will be incorporated into the MPD Wellness Program, and other steps necessary to implement a functioning program in a thoughtful, systematic, and sustainable way.
