  1. 2 Contract amendment with Patricia Hellen for continued special event planning This link open a new window(2018-00674)

    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. C-41254 with Patricia Hellen in the amount of $65,000, for a total amount not to exceed $195,000, and extending the contract through April 30, 2019, for continued special event planning with the Minneapolis Police Department (MPD).

  2. 3 Grant Application for the US Department of Justice - Office of Justice Programs 2018 Body-Worn Cameras Grant This link open a new window(2018-00679)

    1. Approving the May 31, 2018, application to the US Department of Justice - Office of Justice Programs 2018 Body-Worn Cameras grant program, for the amount of $600,000, for additional body-worn cameras to equip all sworn personnel.

  3. 4 Contract amendment with Minnesota Homeland Security and Emergency Management for Bomb Disposal Unit This link open a new window(2018-00680)

    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. C-40510 with the Minnesota Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management in the amount of $75,000, for a total amount not to exceed $164,500, and extending the contract through June 30, 2020, for additional costs related to outstate bomb disposal services by the Minneapolis Police Bomb Disposal Unit.

    1. Receiving and filing a status report on the response by the Minneapolis Police Department (MPD) to the draft report on use of ketamine prepared by the Office of Police Conduct Review (OPCR).
